Information you enter: your name, work email address, and message. Optionally your company name, phone number, and the service you are interested in.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you submitted from, the time of submission, and how long the form was open before you sent it. We collect these solely to detect and block automated abuse of the form. We do not use them for analytics, profiling, or advertising.
To answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries where no contract is envisaged.
To prevent abuse of the form. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in protecting our systems from automated spam and misuse. Our contact form receives a substantial volume of automated submissions, and without these checks it would not be usable.
Abuse detection. Each submission is assessed automatically against a set of technical rules, and submissions identified as automated abuse are discarded without a reply. If you believe a genuine enquiry was wrongly discarded, please email us directly at contact@72seconds.ai and we will look into it.
AI-assisted replies. The content of your message is processed by an artificial intelligence system in order to categorise your enquiry and prepare a draft reply. Every draft is reviewed by a member of our team before anything is sent to you. No decision producing legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you is made solely by automated means.
Your enquiry is handled by our own staff. In addition, we rely on a small number of service providers who process the data strictly on our instructions under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. They fall into the following categories:

Some of the providers above process data outside the European Economic Area.
